This accomplishment underscores our unwavering commitment to data security and privacy, solidifying our position as the only managed WiFi service provider in the MDU (multi-dwelling unit) space to hold this prestigious certification.

What does SOC 2 Type II certification actually mean, and why is it so important?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It's designed to evaluate a service organization's controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.  There are two types of SOC 2 reports:

• Type I: Focuses on the design of controls at a specific point in time. It's like taking a snapshot.
• Type II: Goes a step further. It evaluates the effectiveness of those controls over a period of time, typically six months or more. This provides a much deeper level of assurance.

Our SOC 2 Type II certification means an independent auditor has thoroughly examined our systems, processes, and controls related to data security and privacy over a sustained period and verified their effectiveness. The rigorous process confirms that DojoNetworks maintains the highest standards for protecting resident data and ensuring the reliability of our ManagedWiFi+ service.
